Professionally decorated with high-end furnishings and ornate details, this beautiful six-bedroom, six and a half bathroom home features a private heated pool with a spa in addition to an elevator, gaming tables, and TVs in every room. All of your vacation needs are right at your fingertips! Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, so there will be no fighting over the shower here. These high-quality linens are washed in a commercial setting using the latest and best technology.

Exterior

Our pools are heated from NOVEMBER through APRIL and heating is not available from May through October. Pools are heated to a temperature of 82 degrees. Please note that outdoor spas are not hot tubs and will remain the same temperature as the pool. If you are renting from November-April please notify us 10 days prior to your arrival that you would like the pool heated. Pool pumps will shut down automatically if the pool temperature reaches the 70s due to colder weather and will automatically re-engage as temperatures rise. Reheating to 82 degrees after cold weather can take several days based on the severity of the cold spell. Due to Anna Maria Island’s strict noise ordinance pool pumps will not run overnight.

Place was very nice, but the major downer was we had no refrigerator for over 72 hours in the kitchen. Worked with the company managing the place, ashing to be compensated for this inconvenience multiple times with no response. Contacted the owner, and again no response. This unit is very nice, but expensive and we should have been compensated.

The property was fabulous, and exceeded our expectations! The view was spectacular from morning until the gorgeous sunsets over the water. Five sisters and our spouses were all in agreement that this was a perfect destination to relax and enjoy the beautiful island!

Beautiful Home and Location

Awesome location and views! Enjoyed the pool, rooftop and balconies overlooking the Gulf. House was decorated nicely, bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable. Lots of stairs, but elevator came in handy for luggage, groceries, etc. Some maintenace items need to be addressed, which is my reason for four star review.

Great location and great house!

Awesome property directly across from the beach. Beautiful sunsets and easy access to beach and pool. Rooms were spacious and had nice decor, colors, and furniture. Easy check-in, property management was super-friendly and responsive, but we had absolutely no issues. The area had great food as well so our vacation overall was 10 out of 10!

A most photogenic rental!

One of the best parts of this rental was seeing the number of people drive by just to take a picture of it! Perfectly situated across from the beach with a secluded pool and full of amenities. Rental process and communication was superb. Already looking forward to booking for next year.

The house is located on the street but very close to beach access. Sitting on the balcony is not relaxing due to the sound of the traffic unless early in the AM. Small maintenance issues popped up but were resolved quickly by the caretaker. House was accommodating for a large family. The elevator was very convenient for my elderly mother. The house is within walking distance of Bridge Street.

Wonderful location across street from beach access. Beautiful home with rooms that easily accommodate a lg group (9) and every bedroom has a private bath! Elevator was great for moving luggage and groceries up and down. Nice indoor and outdoor furniture. Loved it!

Beautiful Sun Views

The house is located beautifully for sunrises and sunsets and gorgeous water views. The house was very clean and equipped well for all of our needs. With six master suites and a children’s bunk room, we had plenty of space for 8 adults and 3 children. The elevator was handy for luggage and groceries. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool with its warm temperatures and quiet setting. It was the perfect house for our family Christmas gathering.

Excellent location!

This house was amazing for our group, which consisted of all adults. The house was very clean upon arrival. The location couldn't have been better with the beach just across the street, and shops and restaurants within walking distance. The only upgrade we would suggest is a better selection of utensils for cooking and preparing meals. The toaster didn't work but there was a toaster oven which did the trick!

Enjoyed so much we booked next year!

Overall the stay was great, even though it was an active construction site outside and the pool heater died. The house exceeded our expectations. Bedrooms/bathrooms were roomy and in great shape. Living areas/kitchen were nice. Balconies on the front and back were great hangouts. The rooftop space was amazing - sunsets and sunrises! Could see for miles! Pool area is a little small and not much sun, but the beach is across the street! The pool heater died while we were there and within 24 hours or so a new one as in! Close to restaurants and shopping (5-10 minute walk) and close to the bridge if you want to head back onto the mainland. In other words, the location is perfect.
