Location was perfect. Would stay again simply for the location. The condo was fine, the coach seemed a little dirty as well as layers of dust on the ceiling fans. One complaint is that I called the day after we arrived and said the canopy was broken (i messaged on VRBO prior to the booking to see if this was included, and they said it was), the person I talked to on the phone said someone would return my call, we left 6 days later and I’m still waiting on that phone call.

It was great! There was only two things that were a little inconvenience, the first house keeping didn’t get done until 4:30pm even though check in was at 4:00pm. The other was the master bedroom shower has very little water pressure.

Perfect location on the beach. The view from the screened in balcony is unbeatable. We saw dolphins several days. The heated pool was great to have for an alternative for the kids. The unit had lots of games for when we needed a break from the sun which was also great.

Property, location, view, and pool were fantastic. Several maintenance issues in the unit and check in issue have been reported to the property manager to help make the next guest's stay better, We love the property, but this unit needs some routine maintenance and some TLC. Perfect location. Amazing view. Lots of beach accessories available to use. Property really needs updating. Curtain rails kept falling down. Mould in the bathrooms. Not very clean. The view from the condo was beautiful. The furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable but overall it was very nice place to stay. There is no elevator and the steps to the second floor are hard. We will stay there again. The view is worth it.

Overall great stay and we would return again. I agree with past reviews that some things are outdated but we spent most of the time out at the beach so it didn’t matter much. Patio furniture was very uncomfortable, as well as the bed. We did appreciate all the extra towels with children this helped! Better management than Vacasa.

Beautiful Beach

Beach was phenomenal. It was convenient to have access to beach chairs, sand toys etc. Each morning we would set up our spot on beach and spend all day there. The condo was clean and had the necessities. I do think some new blankets and bedding would be helpful. Overall - we had a great time and we’re happy with our stay. We also did have an issue with the dryer and RVA was prompt and there within a couple hours to fix.

The heat wasn’t easy to to figure out. The main bedroom bathroom did not have a good shower head. The place was spacious and very clean good view of the beach. Would have liked to have been able to move tge screens on the balcony. Overall a very nice place to stay.
