As soon as you step inside, you'll feel the coastal and bohemian vibe that the condo exudes. The open floor plan offers a light and bright atmosphere. The decor is tastefully done, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The living area is furnished with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or watching the big game. Adjacent you will find the flex room that has a queen-size bed pull out couch, and a desk for you to set up your remote office.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, including modern appliances and ample counter space. There's even a dining area where you can enjoy your meals while taking in the breathtaking views of the golf course.

The primary bedroom is spacious and has a king-size bed that is adjustable for the perfect sleep. There is a dresser and a Smart TV. Attached is the primary bathroom that has a large walk-in closet, a dual vanity and large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds that are adjustable as well, plenty of closet space and a Smart TV.
