The house was wonderful for our family. Many things to keep the kids busy and entertained. The pool and backyard/patio areas were so nice for relaxing. The only thing we may suggest would be a few more washcloths, and maybe some more kitchen tools (mixing bowl, measuring cups/spoons, cookie sheet or pizza pan) We did add a lime juicer to the kitchen. Overall, a fantastic stay and would highly recommend!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time on our vacation. The property was exactly as it was pictured online. There were so many amenities my family and I enjoyed from the ping pong table, putting green, to the heated pool. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive when I needed to reach out with questions. We would definitely stay here again. My kids did not want to leave!

Nice stay in a quiet neighborhood within 10-15mins of multiple beaches and golf in a remodeled house with activities for all (pool, water volleyball and basketball, mini golf, ping-pong, foosball, darts)!House felt priced high for size and finish, but still a fun and easy stay for families with teens or kids.Pool area is well done, good size (i.e. for sports and play, and 7-8ft deep at one end), easily viewable from inside with open floor plan.Our host Adam was responsive and friendly.Note: If staying in hot months, the current A/C cannot keep up throughout the day due to return air sizing, and there are no fans provided, but likely will get addressed once things cool down.One surprise in the middle of booking that wasn’t in the listing was the hefty security deposit required, but we got it back 2 weeks after departure.Lots of signs (15) attached throughout the house weren’t as welcoming at first but we eventually didn’t notice them.Bathrooms were nice but fyi no exhaust vents (in case you’re stinky or steamy :).Big island in the kitchen was great for many uses, and the inductive stovetop was stylish, though also was a bit tricky to learn at first.Also great to have a second fridge and beverage fridge - as we don’t often eat out, but enjoy being able to prep and stock up for the week.Overall a nice stay - thanks!

Property is very clean and beautiful. It is located 12-15 min to the beach area by car. Fully equipped kitchen. Beach trolley, umbrellas and chairs are provided. Beautiful landscaping and outdoor space.
