POOL SAFETY
The yard is fenced in however, the pool doesn’t have a fence directly around it. Children should NEVER be left unattended outside.

BUGS
Florida is a tropical place. We pay for pest control but please know there will occasionally be a bug found. Mosquitos can also be around usually in the evening, and more so after its rained. Lizards will be seen outside in the yard.
