Newly renovated in 2022, our Tropical Reef is a must-see home, which is only 5 minutes from the beautiful and award winning beaches of Anna Maria Island. Located in a small and well maintained neighborhood called Heron's Watch, this home has it all for a perfect vacation.

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living and family room, large screened in private heated pool, stunning lakefront spot, and with a bit of luck, views of a nesting Bald Eagle, are just a few of the amenities you would get to enjoy, should you decide to book this gorgeous home.

The master bedroom is located on one side of the home and has a king size bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and separate tub, as well as a large walk-in closet. The second and third bedroom are located on the opposite side of the home. One bedroom has another king size bed and TV, the other has two twin size beds. Both shares a hallway bathroom with shower/ tub combination.

The spacious kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and more. With a view to the living room and outside, you can always keep a good eye on kids. Invite everyone to one of the many countertop seating spots for a quick meal, or get together at the dining room table that seats six.

The outdoor screened in pool area offers plenty of space for everyone and the large pool is ideal to cool down, comfortable sun loungers just waiting to help with getting a great Florida sun tan, but don't forget the sunscreen. A gas BBQ, four wins and cornhole game, and hammock complete the backyard paradise.

A full size washer and dryer are available inside the laundry room, as well as parking for one car inside the garage, another 2 cars outside on the driveway.

AWESOME! Highly recommend. Very close to the beaches, pool was large and heated. House was nice, view overlooking the lakes-beautiful. Home owners were friendly and responsive. There are lots of pool inflatables and all the beach supplies we needed.

Very Nice Home

Tropical Reef was just as described on the rental site and did not disappoint. The home is very welcoming and beautifully decorated. The location is close to the island and other locations we planned to visit. The neighborhood was quiet and charming. The pool area was perfect for swimming and lovely morning coffee time. Overall, no complaints from us.

Island Dreams Reality saved our holiday

On arrival our original rental property was not suitable to stay in due to unplanned construction in adjoining property . Island Dreams Reality checked the issue immediately after we advised them of the problem, Understanding our problem they found us several alternative properties and even allowed us to view the area/house before we moved. They met us at the new property twice to ensure we were happy and safely moved in. We cannot praise them enough for their help and excellent customer service which literally saved our holiday. 10/10 for Island Dreams Reality

Quiet and Relaxing

Overall it was extremely pleasant. The neighborhood was very quiet and the circle where this house was located had very well kept homes. The outer perimeter not so much, but we always felt safe and secure. We enjoyed the quick ride to Anna Maria and surrounding beaches. We spent the mornings at the ocean and afternoons floating in the pool. The house had everything we needed and nicely supplied with the essentials. Everyone slept comfortably and the house was immaculate. Very responsive communication and easy check in/check out. My one suggestion would be to review the items available for the beach and replace/update worn chairs/umbrellas as needed.

Beautiful house

The stay was perfect! Everything you can ask for you had. The Pool and it's views were the best part of this beautiful home. Extra locks and alarms on the sliding glass doors was a plus and they worked out great!! I can't say enough about the peaceful neighborhood and all the wild life we saw right in the back yard just sitting on the patio. Thank you for a wonderful vacation home!!!

We had a great stay, house was in a quiet neighborhood, a short drive to everything. House is spacious and has everything you could need. Only thing that I could say needs improvements in the carpet has some large stains and the pool deck was a bit dirty other than that the house was very clean. Would stay again for sure!!!

Wonderful

Lovely, spacious villa in an amazing location. Close to the beaches on Anna Maria Island, restaurants and shops. The villa was spotlessly clean with everything you could want for a great holiday. Lots of crockery, pans etc and a good supply of beach equipment. A small issue with the lanai being loose in places which meant some bugs got through and we all got quite badly bitten. We didn’t sit out most evenings once we realised which was a shame. That said we would highly recommend this villa. Contact with the property management company was excellent and they were very accommodating and quick to respond to any queries. When we go to Florida next year we would have no hesitation in booking this villa again.

The house is awesome! Right on a lpond, clean, and with all the amenities we needed, including a plethora of linens and cookware. We relaxed in the awesome pool, grilled and saw marine birds in the water next to the house. There were plenty of beach supplies, including chairs and umbrellas. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. This is a great place!

Month long stay

Really enjoyed our stay at Heron’s Watch. The master bed is huge and the bed very comfy (although it’s a soft mattress which some may struggle with). Had an issue with the bath as black grit would come through the tap so needed to run it before bathing our daughter. Decent showers in both bathrooms and again plenty of space. Despite what it says in the listing, there is a travel cot at the property but this was perhaps left by a previous renter. Pool is great, perfect temperature and warmed further by the sun but it’s definitely not cold / cool. Really quick to acclimate; our daughter loved it. The kitchen has everything you need other than Tupperware so we left something for future guests, otherwise there is lots of everything. Really friendly and quiet neighbourhood; close to the beaches, publix, Walmart and loads of restaurants. Great communication with the rental company and they kindly gave us a late check out to accommodate our onward travel. Wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend to anyone.
