There was a stale smell in my room, stains on the carpet and a hair on the pillow of the other bed that I didn't sleep on.

we were scammed out of a refund and still have not received a proper refund bill without the manager just writing refund on it. And met with rude staff and unclean rooms who didn't do our bed but just give the dirty items. Checked in un-properly and charged later for a dog fee despite staff being aware of our pet, and again we have not received a proper refund since checking out early due to the terrible experience. We are missing over $350USD.

This hotel is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. We only stayed one night do to the smoke in the hallways. Our rental car got hit in the parking lot to boot. The hotel is being used for low income housing.

We had to ask for toliet paper multiple times, each time we got only half rolls. The hotel was dirty, the bathroom sink leaked, the door to the outside rubber was around the door was cracked and let cold air in. We never got fresh towels or washcloths without asking. Look for something else

The room seemed clean at first look. However, there was dust bunnies on the floor, the window was nasty and there was mold growing on the window sill. I had to turn off the ac because there was a terrible dust/mold smell coming out of it. There was hair in the shower wall (ew). I was on a non smoking floor and it smelled terribly like cigarettes.

Stay elsewhere

This hotel was very dirty. The bathroom wasnt cleaned, had pee stains on the toilet, the toilet wouldnt flush right but made noise all night. Not very confident the sheets were washed. I wont stay here again. The people were really nice though. Nice staff. The owner needs to invest in some remodeling and replacing the stained sinks and showers.

What a mess :(

This is our second stay giving the place a 2nd chance. This time the rooms we stayed in was a list of things. This list is only for my room: Hair on bathroom floor Dusting not done very visible Refrigerator not working Microwave 😝 Window did not lock. Maintenance brought a piece of wood to use as a block. The wood looked like a piece I would put on a fire. The chair and ottoman both had a large stain of some sort. The skirt on one of the beds had a stain of some sort running down the side The staff however was very pleasant and helped as much as they could. 🙂 Ranae called me the next day letting me know I had left my pillow behind and is working with me so I can get that back. So nice. 🙂
