Stay elsewhere

This hotel was very dirty. The bathroom wasnt cleaned, had pee stains on the toilet, the toilet wouldnt flush right but made noise all night. Not very confident the sheets were washed. I wont stay here again. The people were really nice though. Nice staff. The owner needs to invest in some remodeling and replacing the stained sinks and showers.

What a mess :(

This is our second stay giving the place a 2nd chance. This time the rooms we stayed in was a list of things. This list is only for my room: Hair on bathroom floor Dusting not done very visible Refrigerator not working Microwave 😝 Window did not lock. Maintenance brought a piece of wood to use as a block. The wood looked like a piece I would put on a fire. The chair and ottoman both had a large stain of some sort. The skirt on one of the beds had a stain of some sort running down the side The staff however was very pleasant and helped as much as they could. 🙂 Ranae called me the next day letting me know I had left my pillow behind and is working with me so I can get that back. So nice. 🙂

Clean but Cold & Smokey

I don’t understand why this hotel was getting excellent reviews. The heater in our room did not work. It was freezing in our room all night. When brought to the front desk, the attendant said “well, it is cold outside.” The thermostat did not work. Additionally the alarm clock made attic noises off and on all night until we physically moved the night stand as it was rigged up to it could not be unplugged. Overall the hotel was clean, but some of the halls smelled like smoke and the beds were terrible!

Thankful for a place to stay however since booking via expedia was unable to cancel 2nd night- we left early due to impending weather. Hotel staff was kind of rude/unfriendly. Hotel lobby smelled of cigarette smoke, but our room was ok on the 2nd floor. There was a draft from our room window. The staff was kibd enough to offer breakfast earlier to the dance competition families. Breakfast had cereal, waffles, yogurt, milk, and packaged muffins. The hotel was close to the High school. Felt it was highly priced for what was offered.

Pretty run down. Got put in a room that was freezing, cob webs and smelled like smoke. Heater didn’t power in so got moved to a different room. That one was a bit better. Atleast it was warm and didn’t smell so bad. I wouldn’t stay here again though! Staff was nice but seemed frazzled with doors and other things not working

Bad stay never again

Was not a good place to stay, front desk lady mngr was worthless. The bed had poop stains on it and you could feel the springs. I was able to only get 4 tv channels. Be aware!!

Staff was unfriendly and bathrooms were dirty. Toiletries were not available and if you went to the front desk, there was no body there. You could wait 20 minutes and still have nobody show up at the front desk. Breakfast was terrible. Nothing was fresh. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke and marijuana.

Baxter Minnesota do not want to stay at that motel the toilet was so loose I’m surprised it in for the bathtub never drain and mold on the ceilingNot a good clean place
