Kitchen area:Â with electric cooker, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washing machine
Bedroom 1:Â with two single beds, flat screen TV and en-suite wet room with shower and toilet; accessibility suitable for wheelchairs, French door to courtyard
First Floor:
Bedroom 2:Â with king-size four poster bed with toilet
Bedroom 3:Â with two single beds
Family bathroom:Â With shower over bath, and toilet

Kingfisher Cottage can be booked together with Orchard House (CC333017) nearby to accommodate up to 20 guests.
