Die 2017 fertiggestellte, hochwertig ausgestattete Nichtraucher-Ferienwohnung, befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage direkt am Waldrand im alten Ortskern von Brannenburg. Die Wohnung im 1. Stock hat einen separaten Eingang und verfügt über eine große Terrasse mit Lounge Möbeln, Markise und einem Gasgrill.
Sie bewohnen ein separates Schlafzimmer, einen sehr großzügigen Ess- und Wohnbereich mit Schlafcouch für 2 Personen, ein Bad mit bodengleicher Dusche sowie eine vollwertig ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen, Spülmaschine, Kühl- und Gefrierkombination, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Raclettegrill.
Die Ferienwohnung ist mit Echtholzparkett und separat regulierbarer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet.
Autoparkplätze sind am Haus vorhanden.
Rad- und Wanderwege starten direkt vor der Haustür. Ein Bolz - Spielplatz befindet sich ca. 150m entfernt.

Sehr schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung. Top Ausstattung ***** sehr gutes Bett/Matratze. Schöne ruhige Lage, nette Atmosphäre/Vermieter. 👍Alles was mach braucht, sogar einen tollen Grill für die Terrasse. Wir waren wunschlos Glücklich 🍀
