Welcome to Putters Paradise, located in the amenity packed Pointe Royale Resort and Golf Village. This is sure to be the perfect retreat for your group to relax and gather together after exploring the Branson area. Enjoy one of the larger condos in the area, offering you plenty of space to create lasting memories. This beautiful 2000 square foot condo has 2 separate gathering spaces for your group to come together or for some privacy. Retreat to any of our comfortable 3 King bedrooms, or 1 King Bed in the open loft with a sleeper sofa, for a great nights sleep. That's 4 King beds total!! There are 3 full bathrooms also, room for all the guests to get ready before a day of exploring. Enjoy that morning cup of coffee in the 4 season room while watching the golfers on fairway #1. Then head out to one of the many amazing Pointe Royale amenities. Golfing is not the only thing to do at Pointe Royale. You are steps away to some of the best fly fishing and trout fishing around at Lake Taneycomo. Our guests can also enjoy a heated indoor pool, adult hot tub, outdoor pool, and playground just to name a few. (See "the neighborhood" to read about all the amenities) You don't want to miss a great stay at Putters Paradise.

Golf Stay & Play deal! We have partnered with Pointe Royale Golf Resort to offer this to our guests. Here’s what you need to know:

$60 per person per round of 18 holes with a cart (regularly $109.99!) at Pointe Royale Golf Course. This applies to any guests within your reservation for as long as you are staying at the property. You must let me know that you plan on utilizing the Stay and Play.

Guests must call to reserve a tee time (no online bookings). Will also need an email confirmation from me of booking.
*Pets CONSIDERED. We are pet/dog friendly, but must be agreed on prior to booking, so please ASK FIRST about bringing your dog along BEFORE BOOKING! DO NOT INSTANT BOOK WITHOUT DISCUSSING YOUR PET IN DETAIL WITH ME FIRST TO SEE IF IT MEETS OUR REQUIREMENTS!!! We consider SMALL TO MEDIUM, ADULT, LOW SHEDDING dogs. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be kenneled while you are away, leashed and picked up after outside, and not a barker or whiner while you are away due to our neighbors in the condo. There is a $25 per night non refundable pet fee.

The neighborhood: Pointe Royale is a beautiful golf resort that is packed full of amenities! The resort hosts 2 outdoor pools, an indoor heated pool, adults only hot tub, 24 hour fitness room, clubhouse, tennis courts, dog park, playground, and direct access to Lake Taneycomo for some of the best fly fishing around.

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to one of the blue dumpsters.
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked.
-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Leave white amenity cards on the counter. Key cards that are lost or taken home are charged at $20 per key card to replace.
-Take one final look around for forgotten items-cell phone chargers, etc.
-Please make sure all remotes are returned to the designated room.
