We stayed three nights in a king room. When we arrived there was a large space where a chair or sofa should be. The pictures in the hotel description showed a chair. The front desk did get us a chair. The room was never cleaned or checked or toiletries while we were there. I had to get more soap off the maids cart. The breakfast was OK. I understand they cannot cook food on-site due to health code requirements. The hotel was full with many tour busses. To stay at a nicer level of hotel would cost 60% more.

Clean and comfortable room. Had a handicap room with shower that was close to where we could park and breakfast room was very close by. Breakfast was good also.

Room was clean. Common areas were also. Things are a bit dated but in good upkeep. Pool didn’t feel heated but was well maintained as was pool house and courtyard. Breakfast was good.

Lots of great things about this hotel. Very clean Lobby, breakfast area, hallways. Room was clean, but could use some attention on the fixtures that are completely rusted over (sink, faucet, drains). Drains both a little gross, couldn’t put the tub drain cover on or it would close the drain so it exposes the drain hole with hair wrapped around it and rust. Linens could all use attention, every linen I picked up (bathroom towels and bedding)had some kind of stain on it. They were obviously washed but replace stained linens if you can’t get stains out. Overall though, one of the better hotels we’ve stayed at in Branson that is very affordable. Good pool hours, great breakfast.

It was a clean room, friendly staff, breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast that had a good amount of options. It's a great view as the hotel sits on top of the hill.

The room was extremely clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The furniture was dated (90s) but they were painting while we were there so hopefully other updates will follow. There wasn’t a huge selection for breakfast but it was good. The only complaint was the sleeper sofa. I think it had been broken and then fixed so it was hard to set up. My son said it was fine but I wouldn’t have wanted to sleep on it with my husband.
