We stayed two nights and left for the day around 10:30. I guess they only clean rooms super early in the morning while our do not disturb sign was still on the door. So, our bed was not made in between & our towels weren’t restocked.

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was very close to all the popular areas. When booking the room there was a booking for Building Two and then one not listed. I assumed the not specified would be building one but that was not the case. We were placed in building two. It had an outdoor pool that wasn’t heated and were not told how to access the indoor pool in Building One. The day we did decide to try the pool it was very very cold water even being 85 degrees outside and it happened to be laundry day for someone because all but two lounge chairs were cover in clothes that appeared to be drying. Breakfast was decent but very crowded. The biggest issue was that house keeping came into our room while we were out even with out do not disturb sign out.

Very nice for the price! Very clean, beds, pillows and sheets were very comfy. Bathroom was squeaky clean and divided with a separate sink in each space. TV was quite large.

Great selection of breakfast items. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and lobby area. I would highly recommend this hotel and most definitely would stay here again.

The staff - under pressure due to recent storms were working with no elevators. The staff really hustled to keep things running smoothly. The manager David handled everything with patience. Would come back again. Great location.

My grandparents and I thought the hotel was pretty nice and in a great spot! They had nice sized beds and a great breakfast! Also, the staff was very kind and accommodating! The only things that we didn’t care for was the space in the rooms. The gentleman who I spoke with on the phone said that the rooms were spacious, but it did not appear so once we glimpsed in our door. But also me not booking earlier for a handicap accessible room was really my fault, but we made the room work! And the other thing was that our air conditioner did not seem to want to cooperate with us. So the room was pretty muggy for most of the trip. Other than the 2 things above, we enjoyed our stay and will probably book with them again when we come for our next visit!
