The only thing we think could be improved is the bed. Our bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Everything else was great. This was our second year to stay here.

Parking fee as a guest more than $10 a day, boo. Everything closed at 10 PM on Friday and 10:30 on Saturday. For a traveler, wanting to rest and then get out, or order late this was discouraging. Finally, vacationing and want to stay up late. Nothing to do, or eat. Best loc for Scenic Train Dinner and Tour. Loved It!

The property was outstanding. Perfect location. It’s nice they allow dogs but not when the dog in the next room is left alone and barks incessantly for hours upon hours. Please, if you must bring your dog take it when you leave your room.

We’ve stayed here and loved it. This recent stay wasn’t the best experience. Our sheets had to be changed because of a stain. Our room wasn’t serviced. No coffee in the mornings in the lobby. Not usually what we experience in a stay here at the Hilton.

Thank you Kaitlin and we are sorry for any areas of disappointment. We are working to find another source for linens as we have been shorted multiple times since the pandemic began and we have removed the coffee from the lobby it was very challenging to keep up with having 300 rooms and that is well over 1000 people sometimes making it a negative as we had trouble keeping it supplied. As it is not a standard for Hilton hotels (only Hilton Garden Inns) we stopped providing this in the lobby. We hope you will continue to visit and hope to regain your faith in our hotels. We appreciate you and understand there are many choices in the area.

We had an amazing experience, the Hotel staff were all friendly and courteous. The location of the hotel in proximity to Everything was Super!
