Room ok but tv remote did not work. Other people staying on same floor let their little kids run around screaming and the adults were going in and out doors to midnight! Did not get much rest after a long day of driving.

It’s not bad for the price. Pictures look a whole lot better than the actual condition of the rooms. The hotel emphasized that they have a heated indoor pool, but only 1 out of 5 in our family dared to get in. It’s cold!

On the surface, the room looked clean. There was dirt around the furniture, walls, and bed. Leftover dirty cups on the bottom shelf of the nightstand. We did a quick clean ourselves, considering the price of the room, it didn’t surprise me. I would chalk the uncleanness of the room up to an individual rather than reflection on management. Christmas get away Branson 2023
I have stayed before and it was great. This time stuck in a different building room smelt funny almost sure there has been pets I am allergic to dogs and I was so flared up and congested. The mattresses on the bed seem very old and extremely uncomfortable. The blow dryer was busted the curtain rod for the shower was loose. Had a hard time opening our room door E115 don’t recommend had to slam it to shut I’m sure the neighbors didn’t appreciate it. You could feel the cold air coming in so when the neighbor was smoking outside you smelt it all. Pool said it was heated but did not feel it. Staff is pleasant breakfast good. Room was just horrible.

Unfortunately we didn’t have a pleasant experience this time. When we got there we had to wait for them to get back to the office to check us in.. which was ok.. it only took them about 5 mins to get there.. but then when we got to our room the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned.. had it not been for the fact that my kids were sleepy and it was 8 o’clock I would have demanded to be moved.. instead I just cleaned the mess.. there was poop on the toilet… hair and used soap bars in the bathroom and used shampoo bags on the floor and the air conditioner/heater would not stay on. It really was an unpleasant time. Very sad because we’ve always liked this motel… however we won’t be back.

When we arrived we were told we'd be staying next door at a different property. When i questioned them i was told Expedia doesn't clarify there are two properties, even though all the pictures are actually only one property. They explained Southern Oaks is premium room's and the "next door" property isn't. Because we wanted in ondoor pool we had picked Southern Oaks just for that reason they agreed to upgrade our room for free. The upgraded room is filthy and smells horrible. Towels and sheets stained,toothpaste in the sink,alarm clock is broken. The "heated " indoor pool was cold and unusable.
