Overall we had a wonderful time. The hotel was beautiful on the outside but when you really looked around in the room, pretty dirty. Toilet had a hair on the lid, sink was dirty and clogged, I found several hairs of others on all of one of the beds pillows, so I am glad I had my own pillow from home, or I would have been without. Also, I know you can help the people upstairs and beside us , but to hear them walking, flushing and talking was a bit annoying but I’m sure the hotel is older. Otherwise we did enjoy our one night very short trip to Branson. I would say , if I was the owner that the service that you charge your quests 35 additional dollars, needs to be way more “on point and really watch all the hairs and dirt and grime. Thank you

Parking around back not great. Rooms don’t get very cool and found hairs on pillows and a comb. Coffee bar is just a keurig. Beds comfy and beautiful view but definitely needs some tidying up around the back of building where people are supposed to enjoy the scenery. Breakfast staff was kind and fast. Food had a weird oily taste not great. Cafe coffee was great. Not bad but not great

There is no personal contact with any employees, only a email telling you how to enter your room and if you need anything you must call a number and leave a message if no answer. We were just unpacking and killed a huge spider in our room. I called the number, left a message and someone texted back saying the property had just been sprayed, fair enough but we killed two more the next day and one the morning we left. We had to be extra cautious with our belongings not wanting anything to come home with us. Charging an additional $35 cleaning fee per room is ridiculous….I expected spotless for that and it is clearly not. Do not stay in #4 if you have any mobility issues because you will not be able to get into or out of the tub/shower. It is elevated with a step up before you can get into it and there’s nothing to hold on to, only one small handle at the back of the tub. It’s a huge fall hazard. The toilet is for a midget, very low to the ground. Overall, we would not stay here again, maybe we got a bad room but we felt dirty when we left. The rugs and carpeted step were gross and always wore flip flops

Good Location

It was good overall would definitely return in the future. Great location cafe on sight was a plus. The only negative was the hot tub was not cleaned to my liking wasn’t able to use it.

Love the no-touch check in and out. Simple. Didn't need anything while we were there, so we didn't interact with staff. I have no doubt they would be helpful, though. Very clean room and comfy bed.

Perfect Getaway

My room was perfect. The king size bed was comfortable, and the large jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was just what I needed after exploring Silver Dollar City, which was an easy 10 minute drive. The view from the back deck was beautiful, and of course Steamy Joe's was delicious as always.

The unit we had provided 2 separate bedroom areas and 2 televisions which was nice. However, bathroom surfaces were not clean--hairs and crud found. On the night stand in one bedroom, there were cup/coffee stains plus a pair of used eyelashes. Gross.
