Vacation in our beautiful condo within Pointe Royale—a gated community with tons of amenities! This condo has it all! Located on the lower level, just steps away from the parking lot with ample parking spaces.

You will immediately feel at home in our condo, which is located close to the Pointe Royale Clubhouse. Comfortably sleeps 4 with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the family room. Wireless internet provided! The bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom or hall. Hotel size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and bar soap are provided! If you feel like making snacks or making a gourmet meal, the kitchen is equipped with all of the pots, pans etc. you might need! Washer/Dryer/Iron and Board all provided. Plenty of towels-bath and pool- and linens supplied. Enjoy your morning coffee/tea on the cozy deck overlooking the golf course and pond! First morning coffee/tea provided!

Surrounded by gorgeous landscaped grounds, natural beauty and wildlife, Pointe Royale has so much to offer! An 18-Hole PGA Golf Course, practice putting greens, Pro Shop, 2 outdoor swimming pools-- complete with a TIKI BAR (summer only), heated indoor swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, BBQ grills, picnic table, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, pickleball courts, fishing and a wonderful grill serving breakfast, lunch and dinner all within this peaceful, gated community. Pointe Royale amenities are all accessible to guests with the resort key that will be waiting for you in the condo.

Please NO SMOKING in or around the condo, including the deck and porch. A few days before you arrive, you will receive an email with detailed information regarding your arrival, stay and departure.
