Wir waren bisher das vierte Mal imHirschen und haben uns wie immer wohl gefĂŒhlt.Hier und da könnte das Geschirr ausgewechselt werden, da es vereinzelt abgesprungen ist. Einzelne GlĂŒhbirnen waren defekt, imWohnzimmer wĂ€re eine kleine Lampe schön.Es gibt eine tassimo Kaffeemaschine.

GrundsĂ€tzlich ist die Wohnung in zentraler Lage in Braunlage, blendet man den nĂ€chtlichen Verkehr vor den Schlafzimmern aus.Die Wohnung verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine einfache Grundausstattung, zusĂ€tzlicher Komfort wie z.B. die beschriebene Regendusche waren nicht vorhanden. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ĂŒberzeuge lediglich ĂŒber einen bodenreinen Grundzustand, feuchte WĂ€nde im Schlafzimmer sowie durch Wasser aufgequollene Möbel im GĂ€ste WC scheinen Standard zu sein. Über die Betten, die eher einer durchgelegenen HĂ€ngematte Ă€hnelten reden wir besser nicht!!!Aber dann kam der Hammer
 wir hatten 4x das WĂ€schepaket fĂŒr je 20 pĂŒnktlich bestellt, leider gab es dieses nur 3x! Und auch nach der Kontaktaufnahme sah sich der Vermieter nicht in der Pflicht dieses bereitzustellen. Erst am nĂ€chsten Nachmittag, nach Aufforderung, wurde es uns an der TĂŒr in die Hand gedrĂŒckt, beziehen mussten wir selbst. Und mehr als eine knappe Entschuldigung war nicht zu hören!Aber als ob das noch nicht alles war, haben wir freundlich um die GĂ€stekarten gebeten, die jeder Vermieter in Braunlage verpflichtend ausstellen muss
.!!!! Diese wurden dann per Mail (laut Aussage der Touristen-Info kein gĂŒltiges Dokument) zugesendet, und die Rechnung von 84 kam direkt hinterher!!!! Ohne AnkĂŒndigung welche Summe zu zahlen ist, bzw. keinerlei vorheriger Informationen bezĂŒglich weiterer anfallender Kosten!!!Wir sind zu tiefste enttĂ€uscht und wĂŒrde diese Wohnung inkl. Vermieter niemandem weiterempfehlen

FĂŒr eine Woche OK

Die Wohnung ist fĂŒr 4 Personen voll ok. Sehr gerĂ€umig. Leider war der Griff des TiefkĂŒhlfach ist kaputt, was den Vermieter wohl nicht gemeldet wurde. Des Weiteren ging die Mikrowelle auch nicht. Es wurde fĂŒr keinen Ersatz gesorgt in unserem Aufenthalt. Die Kaffeemaschine in der Beschreibung ist eine Bosch Tassimo. war leider auch nicht vorhanden und wi falsche Kaffeekapseln dabei. Dies meldete ich auch dem Vermieter durch. Die Anzeige wurde bis heute nicht angepasst.
