Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Close to the beautiful beaches of North Devon, and only a short walk from the cafes and shops in the centre of Braunton, Capern House is a wonderfully modernised Grade II listed Georgian townhouse.

Capern House has 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have King Size beds and one of which has a Standard Double bed. The house benefits from a lovely large Living Room with open gas fire, an open plan kitchen/dining space with room to sit all 10 guests, and a wonderful outdoor space with a patio, deck, and heated Garden Room with facilities for eating and relaxing.
The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, whilst the other four bedrooms share access to the main bathroom.

You'll enjoy the comfortable heated garden room for lounging and relaxing, and when the sun shines BBQs and outdoor living are the order of the day.

This is the ideal base for beach and sea lovers, walkers, and golfers looking to play the nearby Saunton Golf Club course.
