This beautiful condo has been fully remodeled with top of the line finished in each bathroom in kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and bathrooms along with a full living/dining/kitchen area. This is a top floor unit in a building with an elevator. Guests will love the vaulted ceilings and view from the patio overlooking Maggie Pond and the Base of Peak 9.
The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a set of twin bunks with an ensuite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a full bath just across the hallway. There is covered parking in an assigned space for 1 vehicle.
Guests have easy access to the ski area or downtown Breckenridge by walking across the street and crossing Maggie Pond. In the winter you can ski almost directly to the building!
Guests also have access to the Columbine Pool and Hot Tubs to relax after a long day of activities.
