Enjoy the best of Breckenridge from this cozy and centrally located mountain condo. Perfect for families and couples, this retreat offers walkable access to ski lifts, hiking trails, and everything downtown Breckenridge has to offer.
Just a 90-second walk to the Snowflake Chairlift, getting to the slopes is quick and easy. When your day on the mountain wraps up, you can ski down lower 4 O’Clock (check to make sure that run is open) back to Snowflake, or go a short way further and cut along the sidewalk. Main Street Breckenridge is only a few blocks away, with countless restaurants, boutique shops, coffee spots, and après-ski options within easy reach. A free shuttle stop is nearby, and the unit includes two guaranteed parking spots—one in the garage and one surface space.
The main floor features a full bath (Including tub), closet, kitchen, dining area, and living room. The couch in the living room is a fold-out sleeper sofa. The upper floor features a spacious master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a closet, built-in dressers, and a standalone dresser. The upper floors also have a bathroom with a relaxing shower, a large hall closet, and a loft room with barn doors to close it off from the rest of the floor. The loft room features log-style bunk beds.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up a delicious meal or quick snack – coffee maker, water kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, and refrigerator are provided in the unit.
Guests have access to a shared heated pool and hot tubs located about four blocks away at the Upper Village complex. Please note that the facility is usually closed during spring and fall shoulder seasons; current hours and seasonal availability can be confirmed on the Upper Village HOA website.
