Great location with beautiful view

My husband and I have stayed at this resort many times and always enjoy it. The lodge is beautiful and true ski in ski out. The lodging has everything you could need . We unfortunately had a banging behind our bed. It sounded like the water pipes it just kept banging inconsistently all night.. We asked for maintenance to look at it but we were skiing and not sure they came. The next night we went to the front desk and they basically said it was probably from the storm. We complained again on the third night because we could not sleep with the knocking sound at our heads. We were given the manager number and was told she would resolve it. We Called but never received a call back. Such a shame because we love this place. I will just make sure I don't get that room again.
