Everyone was great. Especially Carli at checkin. The only issues we had were the room temp and pillows. The room temperature was much too hot. We opened doors but people were smoking marijuana on a balcony very close to ours. We asked for foam pillows and never received

Room was very clean but what stood out the most was the HR Director (Monica) and the security guy (Austin). They both were so friendly and outgoing this whole 6 days that it made our first time experience so much more pleasurable. With their friendliness and professionalism we will definitely be back!

Room wasn’t ready for an 1 1/2 after check in time at 4pm. No maid service, water or towels the next day. Which was a shame because it is an elegant new hotel near the slopes. With a restaurant that has good food but slow long wait service.
