Located Downtown Across the Street from Gondola!

Ski Hill Condominiums is located 100 yards from the Breck Connect Gondola and walk in via the Skiway Skyway ski run. Just walk across the street to the Gondola or jump on the bus up to Peak 8 in the morning and ski down the Skiway Skyway in the afternoon. Just one block from downtown Main Street, this Breckenridge condo is your key to a relaxing vacation. This three level condo has been recently completely remodeled and supplied with all new carpet, paint, furniture and bedding. Relax by the stone wood fireplace after a day on the mountain, or enjoy the complexes’ outdoor hot tub. Please note that the bedroom is located on the 2nd level.

When renting at the Ski Hill property, you would have access to the Ski Hill Pool.

*IMPORTANT REGARDING COMMON AREAS: Please note that due to local restrictions, all common areas in Breckenridge will be closed indefinitely. This includes: community pools, community hot tubs, community game rooms, shared gyms, and other common areas within a complex. All private hot tubs are still open at this time.**

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent.    This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage.  If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more.  Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

The location was great. Easy access to town and skiing. We were there for the snow sculpting festival. Everything was clean. There were plenty of towels. It would have been nice to have aome lotion in addition to shampoo and conditioner. It was great having a well appointed kitchen including dishwasher and microwave, coffee maker and lots of corkscrews for wine. We had a small leak in the bathroom but the host was very responsive and got someone out to fix the problem quickly.

Nice location

The condo was nice and in a perfect location. In general everything was fine. I suggest new bed clothing. For the price, the bed clothing and mattress were old, felt aged, the sheets white not that white and the pillows were stained (some stains looked like old blood). The place was easy to find and the area felt secure. Very close to the gondola and to Main Street as advertised.

Great location!

We had a great trip! Unit is updated with fully stocked kitchen, new appliances, nice bathrooms. Location can’t be beat. Only con would be the awkward spiral staircases that led to bedrooms and no washer/dryer in unit. We worked around this and had a great trip!

Great location and plenty of beds for everyone to be comfortable. The place was well stocked. One kitchen chair was broken and the hot tub was out of order 2 of the nights but all in all I would stay here again.

5 min walk to the gondola and equally as close to main street for all the bars and restaurants. Had issues with communicating with staff when we never got our key for the hot tub but otherwise a lovely stay in a perfect location for the family.

Great condo in the heart of Breckenridge

This condo was perfect for our group of skiiers. It was an easy walk to the gondola in the morning and we skiied down each afternoon to just a hundred yards from our door. In the evenings we enjoyed the short walk to downtown restaurants and shops. The covered parking kept our car safe and dry. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for all 5 of us. The only thing missing was a ski locker or storage area, but we kept our skis in our car and grabbed them on the way out the door each morning. No problem.

New York City level noise

Inaccurate location description of condo. Said it was close to the gondola. The gondola is across the street but the condo windows face Park which is a busy street. All traffic is routed by this street. The condo had no air conditioning and we could not open the window because of the noise, so the bedroom upstairs got to 85° that night. We stayed there in mid July 2020. To make matters worse we were treated at our front door by 2 big bags of trash and the smell of marijuana wafting from the condo next door. When we finally fell asleep we were awakened by huge excavator construction noise from directly across the street. The next day we asked if we could be transferred to another condo and were notified that they did not have any other accommodations for us. I did speak to someone who said he did have something available but by the time they returned our call three hours late, that condo was no longer available. When we inquired if we could just be charge the minimum number of nights and refunded the rest they declined and said if they could find someone else to stay there then we would be refunded the money if not we would be charged the whole fee. We felt like the website description was in accurate in that it did not say the condo is located on the busiest street in Breckenridge. In order to get any sleep you have to open your windows and there was constant stream of traffic going through all night because of the highway traffic that ran directly in front of our window. We feel that that should have been disclosed. Seeing it was not , we feel that we should at least receive a refund for the other 5 nights we could not stay there. We ended up paying another thousand for a hotel so our vacation would not be a total bust.

Nice location

Condo is located one block from Main Street. It was very clean and kitchen was well stocked. We were worried about our three year old on the spiral staircase to the third floor loft because the gaps between the spindles is large. Overall very nice property with great location.
