The interior of this gorgeous condo has been recently renovated and completely modernized from top to bottom. The design features hand-painted artwork, high-end furnishings,  granite, and a stunning brick fireplace that all come together to create an unforgettable mountain escape. Massive windows and sliding glass balcony doors give the unit a spacious feel and also an abundance of natural light. While relaxing in the living area or on the main balcony, you will enjoy access to some of the most spectacular scenery – this unit boasts the best views in the entire village.

With three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and enough bedding to comfortable sleep eight adults, this 1,392 square foot unit is guaranteed to please families and friend groups. You will find that the condo comes stocked with all of the items essential for a great vacation: Central heating, a gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked with plate ware and cookware, multiple flat-screen TVs with cable and DVD players, high speed wireless internet, and more.

Each of the three bedrooms features plush sleeping arrangements and access to one of the unit’s private balconies. The master suite guest will enjoy a queen bed and views of Maggie Pond/ Quicksilver Chairlift while guests in the spare queen bedroom and twin bedroom will have views of the ski school and plaza. The double vanity guest bathroom provides ample space for busy mornings and also provides great views of the ski runs. After a day on the slopes, you can choose to enjoy your meals around the beautiful wood table in the adjacent dining area, with seating for 8 people, or at the barstool seating at the kitchen counter.

In terms of location, it is nearly impossible to beat the Village at Breckenridge! The resort is known for its prime location and for being a true ski-in / ski-out property. Resort amenities include indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, exercise room, cable TV, and free wireless internet. Because the property is half a block from downtown, you won’t need a car - skiing, outlet stores, restaurants, and more are only a short walk away! In the summer, head over to the nearby horse stables for a scenic scenic ride, or explore any of Breckenridge’s many hiking trails.

Very good location to ski school and town. Lift lines were longer than we expected to get up the mountain but had nothing to do with our condo...It was perfect for my family. Our only comment was that the bathrooms should have been better equipped with better soaps and personal hygiene items. (more upscale)

Nice Location, but not Exactly 'Elegant'
It was a nice location... steps from the Quicksilver Lift at the Base of 9 (a good place for beginners, but just a chair lift up and you can be on your way to any terrain) and also steps away from all of the shops and restaurants in downtown Breckenridge. The unit itself can't really be described as 'elegant' or 'contemporary' as noted in the identifier. The images are deceiving and gorgeous compared to the actual accommodations. Although the view of the mountain is beautiful from this corner unit, the unit is kinda' drab (due to furnishings and lighting... Better lighting - especially in the bedrooms - would help) and the master bathroom and some of the decor could use some updating. The pool is attached to a different building, but is accessible by way of the underground parkade ... so it's not necessary to take a walk outside to get to the pool which is nice; however, walking through the dirty/extremely dusty parkade makes this place feel anything but 'resort-like'. Although there is a lot of excitement on the Main Street, no one gathers in the center bricked area between the buildings... No fires burning, music, food/drinks... It's quiet unlike at the bases of Peak 8 and Peak 7 (but again, not a deal breaker because the main drag is just steps away). There is actually a fire pit and outdoor furniture by the pool area, but all of the furnishings were covered and the fire wasn't burning... so not exactly a welcome or useable gathering spot. Great location
Our third time at Breck and this condo had the best location for kids hands down! We were able to take the elevator down to the kids ski school without exiting the building. We were also able to watch the kids ski right from our dining table and living room. Would stay here again in the future. Also, Cade was very helpful when we had an issue with our dishwasher.

Very clean property. It was a great property with a toddler (everything on 1 floor, no stairs within unit, and light blocking curtains in all rooms for nap time). Great location, walking distance to Main Street. Wonderful views and balconies on all rooms. Would stay again and recommend to friends/family.

Incredible location!
Stayed during the week just before the summer season. If all your activities are in Breckenridge, you won't need a car as most things are within walking distance of your villa. Great views and ample space. We had extended family over for dinner one night, and even with 18 people, there was plenty of room.

The view! The convenience! Great layout. Will stay here again. Only downfall of property is not having laundry in the unit. Could use new shower curtains and a deep clean of the oven, but otherwise excellent! Loved staying here for our vacation!
