The Peak 7 house is beautiful place to spend with family and friends. It’s the perfect layout to provide a great gathering area to cook, eat, and spend time together. But equally important is the space everyone needs to get some privacy. Perfect house for a large group. It’s a beautiful house with a really high end finish. Tbs beds were very comfortable, and the house was immaculately clean. We’ll be back this Summer for another family gathering. Thanks Greg! We had a great trip.

What a fabulous place to spend our family New Year’s vacation. Although we were supposed to have 12 we only had eight due to Covid (of course). The chalet is absolutely beautiful and I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was perfect. The house is beautiful and well appointed and the views are fantastic! We had 8 adults plus a 3 year old and 1 year old and the accommodations were great for everyone. Convenient to get into town or if you want to take the “back way”, you end up at peak 8. Either way gets you to your destination in under 10 minutes. I would definitely book again!

It was a beautiful home - Owner/Property Manager lives at the house, which isn't ideal. And If you want to grill, "You can get it (propane) refilled for $36 at City Market. Just bring in an empty one to swap out." A house of this caliber should have a functioning grill, or a willingness to fix it.

Great house for large group

Greg’s home was perfect for our large group, and just as described. He was a great host, very responsive to our questions and needs we had while at the home. He did stay in the connected garage apartment a couple of nights while we were there, but it was no different than staying in connected condos/townhomes somewhere else. I would recommend if you are planning on cooking during your trip and need baking dishes or pans, pick up some disposable ones at the grocery. Apparently some of Greg’s previous guests decided to take those when they checked out. Other than that, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed included some spices.

Wishing that we stayed longer!!

We were eager to get to “Peak 7” based upon the listing and its pictures. We were shocked when we walked through the front door to see that the house was more grand and spectacular than the pictures on VRBO. The home is as high end as it gets and perfectly equipped. We wanted for nothing, with the exception of wishing that we were staying longer. Greg is a ten-star host and answers questions and handles issues immediately. We were a family group of 12 adults and had plenty room for everyone. The outdoor living on the spectacular upper deck (shared with the Hummingbirds!) and the lower patio, with large hot tub, outdoor TV and fire pit is an outstanding bonus. Sunrise(s) and Star Gazing is tremendous. Thank you Greg for sharing your home and for a perfect stay….and a surprise engagement. Looking forward to returning next year! Glenn, Mary and family

Fabulous Christmas Vacation

We decided to spend our Christmas holiday in the mountains. After finding this beautiful home on VRBO we felt this was a perfect fit and boy were we right! The booking process went as smooth as expected and we were able to contact the property manager/owner (Greg) at any time. Greg allowed us to check in early that first day because we had driven in from out of state and arrived before 4:00. Upon checking in Greg met us at his house and showed us around and demonstrated how to use the spectacular upgrades that this home provides. We came across a couple of issues during our stay but after contacting Greg everything was taken care of in a matter of hours and he was prompt and very courteous. The location and views were absolutely perfect and we could get to town or the slopes in a matter of minutes. We couldn’t ask for anything better with our stay and would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks Greg for sharing your lovely home and for making this vacation a very Merry one!

Perfect family ski getaway

This property was spectacular. The photos do not do justice to the soaring ceilings and space that this house has- inside and out. The location is great- but definitely make sure you have four wheel drive for the winter months. Such a beautiful neighborhood, quiet and great views. We were pleasantly surprised when a snow plow came thru after a fresh snowfall to make the drive into town easier. A quick 10 minutes to the gondola parking lot each day. The kitchen was amazing and well stocked for some great dinners- including a giant stock pot for chili, frying pans for some filet, plenty of knives, and spatulas. The pantry was huge, and lots of oils and spices were provided. The radiant heating worked really well at heating the entire home. The beds are very soft and there were plenty of extra pillows around the home. The kids loved the bunk room and the only additional thing I would pack for them next time would be a nightlight. Hoping to make this an annual trip at this property! I wish I could add pictures to show some of the amazing details - like the giant master closet and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets each day.

Beautiful property with fantastic views and great amenities

The property is very modern and very well appointed. It was a fantastic base for our Thanksgiving stay in Breck. Stand out for us were the views, deck, hot tub and playrooms. The technology items in the property like TVs were top drawer. We would highly recommend staying at this property if you can afford the high cost! Feedback to the landlord of what would make the property "even better if" (no deal breakers for us staying) -Cleanliness of the property could be improved. All of the visible areas were well cleaned, but we found numerous kitchen utensils, plates, etc far from clean. We found under coaches, tables or beds (anything not visible) some very unpleasant things including a bag of cannabis.... considering the cleaning charges and the quote 5 hours to clean I would have expected the cleaners to have done a better job for you -The kitchen basics were well stocked, but there were some quite basic utensils and items that were not available. The pan set was also a very mixed bag. You may wish to take a look at your inventory for future guests -The pantry was one of the best stocked i have ever experienced. However there were quite a lot of perishable products left by previous owners that we needed to throw out on arrival. The instructions tell renters to address this on departure, but clearly this was not followed by previous tenant to us -We found the gas cooker top was hard to start in the mornings. It never started first time. Unsure if this was temperature, cleanliness or a gas supply issue. It always started after a few minutes but was never instant first thing in the morning

Awesome house and plenty of room to spread out!

The house is big with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The location is great and the owner was very helpful.

Celebration

The owner was very responsive however the neighbors were overly concerned with what was happening even though we were observing the rules. That part made it somewhat stressful.

Excellent Family Getaway

Beautiful family getaway in a beautiful home. Spectacular views and plenty of space. Easy access to and from town. Even saw wildlife in yard (mother and young moose and a fox). Will happily return for another getaway!
