One Ski Hill Place is packed with top-notch amenities to enhance your stay. Dive into the indoor heated pool or unwind in one of the indoor or outdoor hot tubs. Keep up with your fitness routine in the on-site gym, or relax in the sauna. For fun, there’s a bowling alley and a movie theater right on the property. The most perfect location for a ski getaway. From warm garage parking (not that a car is needed), ski storage and valet, awesome hot tub with views of Rips Ride lift, it's all here. Resort has a simple restaurant plus a tiny market if you want to stay in. Attached to great Apres bar, rental shop and mountain shopping as well as coffee bars and more. I was thankful to stumble on this spot kind of last minute. Unit is cozy enough and all the amenities needed. Hosts instructions and communication were on point. *Maybe just be sure to pack toiletries (and toilet paper lol) if you're picky as the ones provided by the management company were very basic. Thank you for having us!

The plumbing fixtures needed maintained. For example there was no cold water in the master shower, the sink faucet spray wand only came out 6”, the guest shower floor drain was clogged. Way over priced for those kind of issues. The complex is great. This unit needs some better maintenance then will be a 4 star.

OSH is a top notch resort in Breckenridge with access to optimal skiing. There is a great restaurant and bar onsite, and transportation available to all around Breckenridge.

Perfect get away. I loved that the location was a little bit away from Main Street, up high with great views, but still just a 3-4 minute drive down the hill to Main St. Condo was perfect for two people. Even though it's a condo, we never once heard neighbors, it was very quiet. Bed was comfortable and I love that there were two separate full bathrooms. I like the amenities there, but we didn't take advantage of them (fitness room, hot tub, pool and bowling lanes). The coaster, the slide and the chairlift were right out the back door, that was really fun.My only complaint, which doesn't change how much I loved the condo, is that the toilet paper and kleenex were about the cheapest you can get - not soft at all.

Best family vacation to date!!!

We absolutely loved this vacation! From the condo itself, to the location and all the amenities it provided, it truly set the bar very high for future trips. The resort location was so convenient for the skiers in the family, but for the non-skiers we could conveniently watch them as much as we wanted. My kids loved the bowling alley and pool table. My husband and I loved the lobby area where we could grab a drink, watch the skiers, and the kids could play. The pools and hot tubs were awesome, too-zero entry was so nice for our youngest. I used the gym twice and thought it has everything you’d need! The condo had everything we needed and was so clean. The king bed was comfortable and I loved having a washer and dryer on-site. They had everything in the kitchen we needed, too (including a crock pot that was nice to have chili ready after a day of skiing!) We had one issue with the oven, but thanks to the texting service they offer, it was fixed quickly. Truly can’t recommend this place enough! We will be back!

Perfect Breck Getaway

We loved everything about this unit! The property was very well taken care of and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The steam shower was a wonderful surprise and was perfect after a long day of hiking and shopping. We cannot wait to come back again!
