This one of a kind two bedroom condo is only 200 yards from the 6-person Quicksilver chair lift which can actually be seen from your private balcony. Historic Main Street is an easy two block walk away and the free town shuttle is a block away, allowing access to all of Summit County. This unique floor plan offers a separate office area and a bathroom with a jetted tub. With its open floor plan, this unit features two and half large baths, a spacious living area and extra sleeping options. Relax on the deck and take in the view of the Ten Mile Range. Also, stay connected with recently updated, free high-speed wireless internet.

Convenient, Short walk to lift & town

This was a perfect place to stay with our party of 5. Parking was steps away so it was very convenient for us to load and unload. I don’t like walking in my ski boots but my son convinced me that the walk to the lifts was short enough that I could walk in them. We cooked every night. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. If you plan to cook make sure to bring your own spices etc. Also liked that there was lots of room to store our skis etc.at the entrance. The place was very comfortable and cozy. Only negative was that the internet was dodgy and it would take a while to refresh or would not work for awhile. I took it as a sign to get off electronic devices. I would choose to stay here again!

Clean, well located condo

This place was really great for our family of 4. The condo is located walking distance to a portion of the ski area and a portion of main street. The kitchen is well stocked, the patio is nice, and the pool area is great. Parking is easy. There is a room off the living that doesn't make sense to me, but I guess it's a den? The only other thing that was frustrating is that the property management company (Great Western), makes you come by their office to pick up keys and sign more papers, including a $400 deposit (~70% of the total rent/fees that we paid to rent the condo). I feel that the check in/out could be streamlined, and that the $400 deposit is quite excessive relative to the rent.
