We had an amazing time with family. Property could use a deep cleaning and change some things, but over all we loved access to ski slopes. Getting to town is not as easy, but it’s a great place to stay. Communication was easy with management.

Everything you need in a beautiful setting

We enjoyed our weeklong summer stay in this spotless, quiet, updated unit. The roomy kitchen was perfect for making meals. The condo is quite a ways up the mountain, but Breck has an amazing bus system that we took advantage of so we could leave our car “at home” most of the time.

Great stay at this condo. Plenty of room for sleeping 8 people although I think sleeping 8 people with may have made it a tight stay but was plenty of room for our family of 5. Conveniently located off of 4 o'clock run and we had great weather for ski in/out. Lots of extras in the kitchen to make it easy for meals in. Clean and convenient. Would definitely stay again if back in Breckinridge.

Stayed for 2 nights on our national parks tour, so my son and husband could ski Breckinridge. They said it was the best skiing they had experienced all season! We fell in love with the town, and will definitely be back, and would stay here again!

Great Place Great Location

The property offered great flexibility for a 6 person adult family. It is a great ski in ski out but not so easy to get to and back from the supermarket unless you have a car. Fireplace was not working which was disappointing and we had a plumbing issue at one stage but the hosts were very responsive and accomodating about it. Otherwise a great holiday. Thanks.

Convenient ski access to 4 O'Clock run

Enjoyed a week long ski trip with 2 adult kids. Clean condo, accurate pics. Plenty of towels/bedding. Good room for clothing/gear. Well stocked with essentials for kitchen/baths. Good communication with owner. We arrived in the dark and didn't park in the upper lot and hauled our stuff up lots of steps - eeek. Our error. Very short walk (could have skied with more snow) down Grandview Dr. to 4 O'Clock run, then you ski down to Snowflake lift. So convenient! Only knocks are not a super comfortable top bunk mattress for an adult & shower head in hall bath is a bit awkward to stand under. Other mattresses very comfortable. Very nice access to mtn which is a priority for us. Too far to walk to town in winter. Very close bus ride (3 min?) to Peak 8 also.

This is a great location to Breckenridge Peak 8

The property is good not great. It was very clean the beds are comfortable. There are no TV’s in either one of the two bedrooms. It took the heat a little longer to heat up the place. The fireplace puts out awesome heat!! The information book is good but we search for the trail leading to the ski lift area and could not locate it. It would had been nice to have this information along with other ski information to assist guest. Would I stay here again yes. Could the Condo use a little more updating yes but I would give it 4 stars out of 5.

Great vacation rental! The condo was tastefully decorated and looks exactly like the photos(awesome kitchen with all the appliances you would need on a trip). The couches and beds were extremely comfortable. Close to everything.

What a great rental! It was beautifully decorated and there was more than enough room for the three of us. Everything we needed was there and the location was very handy for the event we attended and for shopping on Main Street. Such a comfortable stay. We hope to return!

A Perfect Place for a Family of Four

The place was great. It looks just like the pics, and lots of small touches that are not listed. It had everything we needed. The unit was super easy to access. We were there at the beginning of Aug. The high was in the mid-60s, which was terrific coming from Texas. The property was quiet. It has good mountain and trail access. I think it's called the snowflake trail. The trail follows a stream, a fun hike not far from the unit. Breck is a short drive down. The place is perfect, but the two things that would be nice to have are a hot tub and a workout room. It looks like the larger property has a building for them, but they don't appear operational. Even without those, we look forward to staying here again :)

Ski in ski out

Location would have been better if the ski run near the condo and the lift at the bottom of the run were actually open at that time as represented. the walk to the bus stop was a little lengthy in ski boots and with equipment. Release of the security deposit from VRBO should be done quickly. 2 weeks is ridiculous and should not be tolerated by anyone!!!!!
