Top Floor Studio! Peak 9 base/Main St, 7 Hot Tubs
This studio has it all - great location and all the amenities. Located in the Main Street Station complex and just a short walk to Peak 9 base area , downtown and all the restaurants, shops and bars that Breckenridge Main Street has to offer. Complex amenities include a heated outdoor pool with fantastic ski area views, 7 hot tubs, a fitness center and underground parking.
The space
âą Studio with king bed and ensuite bathroom featuring a separate bathtub and shower.
âą 1 full bathroom with double vanity.
âą Dining table with seating for 4.
âą Cozy living area with gas fireplace (turned off in the summer) and double sized sofa sleeper.
âą Kitchenette stocked with a small dishwasher, mini-fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, tea kettle and two burner stovetop. There is no convection oven.
âą Mountain view.
Complex resort features for guests:
âą Large outdoor area featuring a heated outdoor pool, 4 outdoor hot tubs, gas grills and views of Maggie Pond and the ski area. *The main pool area will be closed for repairs and refurbishment starting May 11th, 2026. Lasting roughly six weeks. During this time, owners and guests are able to stop by the front desk to check out a key for use of the pool at our neighboring property, the Village at Breck.
âą Fitness center for all of your workout needs, a steam room and 3 additional outdoor hot tubs.
âą Complimentary ski and boot valet through Charter Sports, we also have a Charter Sports discount link for gear rentals!

âą If the condo isn't ready yet on the day of your arrival, you're welcome to park your car and/or drop off your luggage for storage at the front desk until it is ready.

âą Heated underground parking for 1 car.
***PLEASE NOTE*** There is a parking fee that will need to be paid on-site via a QR code in order to park in the building. The fees will be the following:
May 1st - October 31st: $15/night
November 1st - April 30th: $25/night
These fees are extra, to be paid on-site and not included in the price.
âą Additional or oversized vehicles that are unable to fit in the garage must park in a Breckenridge overnight pay lot. More information at BreckPark.

Main Street Station Location:
âą Several restaurants are located in Main Street Station as well as a ski shop, wine bar, and clothing stores.
âą There is a public fire pit located next to Maggie pond that is a great place for relaxing.
âą Main Street Station is located next to the Village which is situated at the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver Lift. *Ski in/out designation is based on Peak 9 being open and/or having adequate snow coverage. Peak 9 typically opens around Thanksgiving and closes in April. Dates are always subject to change. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain lift and terrain statuses.
âą The complex is located on Main Street, at the corner of Park Ave and Main. There are several restaurants, bars, shops and cafes within a few minutes walk. Across the street you'll find the Breckenridge Brewery serving lunch and dinner or Broken Compass Brewery featuring lots of locally made draft beers.
Provided Items:
âą The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
âą The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash.
âą Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
âą There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided.
âą Hot tub towels are provided at the pool and in the fitness center.

Guest access
Guests will check-in at the 24 hour front desk and receive a key card that will be good for the dates of their stay and provide access to the underground parking area and the amenities.
*Please note the front desk is managed by the building HOA company which is a separate company from ourselves. They provide keys and can answers questions about the building or assist with the facilities. Any questions or requests regarding the condo must be directed toward us.
Other things to note
» The minimum age of the primary renter must be 21.
» Maximum occupancy (4) cannot be exceeded at any time.
» There is a $25 fee to return lost and found items, in addition to any shipping charges.
» Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses, opening and closing dates.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft which is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» While all facilities are scheduled to be open year round, they are managed by the HOA and unexpected closures may occur. We will try to communicate any known closures but cannot guarantee that all the amenities will be open at any given time.
» Per the HOA, pets are strictly prohibited.
» Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.
