This exclusively furnished vacation rental is located on the 2nd floor of the “Hafenhäuser Breege” residential complex, right next to the harbour! Thanks to this prime location, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the Bodden from the south-facing balcony and the bedroom window! The sheltered loggia is furnished with balcony furniture. You enter the apartment through a spacious hallway. Here you’ll find a coat closet with a shoe rack, as well as the door straight ahead leading to the guest bathroom and the wooden staircase to the upper floor; to the right is the kitchen, and to the left is the living room with a large picture window and the door to the spacious loggia. The living room is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Carefully coordinated home accessories create a harmonious overall look. The various lamps and ceiling lights, in particular, cast the living room in just the right light. The cozy sofa offers two additional sleeping spots thanks to its pull-out feature. Two armchairs are ready for you and invite you to relax in the reading nook! A satellite TV with a DVD player and a hi-fi system with a CD player perfectly round out the ambiance. The kitchen is fully equipped. It features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and a stove with an oven and a glass-ceramic cooktop. The cozy dining area for 6 people is located directly beneath a large window. From the kitchen, you can access the storage room, which offers plenty of space. The two bedrooms and the naturally lit bathroom—featuring a shower, toilet, washing machine, and a large towel dryer—are accessible via the wooden staircase from the hallway. The bedroom on the right features a large double bed, an armchair, a large closet, and a clothes rack for storage. The window offers a great view of the Bodden! A radio alarm clock and two nightstands with matching lamps are also included. The bedroom on the left has two single beds and another large closet. A lockable bike storage room and a laundry room with a washer/dryer (coin-operated) in the adjacent building are also available. Upcoming construction work on the building

According to the owner, scaffolding will begin to be erected around the house starting on 05.10.2026. The actual work on the building is expected to begin on 12.10.2026.

The work may cause some disruption. In particular, the balcony or loggia may be usable only to a limited extent or possibly not at all at times. In addition, the usual noise from the contractors carrying out the work is to be expected during the construction period.
