"Happy House" - Luxury Home Built in 2022. No cost was spared in this custom built home which is setup for multiple families. House has 4 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms. Master BR on each floor, bunkroom in the basement, all bedrooms have Televisions. Two separate living areas, on main floor and downstairs, as well a Loft area for more relaxing and spending time with each other.
Chef's Kitchen! Fully stocked with all of the EXTRAS! Hot air Popcorn maker, plenty of glassware, dishes (even children's unbreakable plate set), silverware, serving pieces - and anything you need for cooking and entertaining your friends and family. Dining area seats 8, with an additional 3 at the bar, and 3 at the island. There is a second smaller kitchen located downstairs, with a clear icemaker and a condensed size dishwasher in the lower level on the back bar.
This home is powered by a Generac generator which powers the entire house in the event the electricity goes out. No danger of being without power!
Peaceful, awesome views from multiple outdoor decks. Lower deck has lots of seating with a large gas firepit for those chilly evenings. Cornhole game. Upper deck has a brand new table and chairs as well as comfortable adirondack style seating for viewing the beauty of the lake. See pictures.
You have an EASY WALK to the water down the concrete golf cart path.
Nice private cove with Double Decker boat dock. Boat Slip available for guests' use. Great area for kayaking on the 2 kayaks. Also has a lilypad floatation mat for kids to enjoy!
Convenient to Cullman or Jasper for restaurants and shopping. This property is great overflow from "The Barn" wedding venue which is 14 minutes away.
