Service noise woke us at 6am

The room looked pleasant but we were near the service area. That meant we were woken about 6am and the noise continued with clattering and banging of trolleys near and above us. The receptionist seemed incredulous and although we received a discount because of this, I would not feel confident staying there again.

The rooms feel a little dated. Unfortunately there was a lot of building work going on and the noise was unbearable. Common areas are fine, standard Radisson quality. Breakfast also fine. Thankfully the staff are excellent.

The toilet and bedside table were dirty- There was only one pillow each which were lumpy. Not breakfast was just ok. The standard of Radisson Blu was not as expected.

Heat wasn’t working in our room, front desk was not really trying to accommodate us. All they offer is a downgraded room. Cleaning service was not good either, had to ask daily to have the room clean.

Average hotel, but pricey.

It's an OK, middle of the road kind of hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, however you can hear everything in the hallway. They only supply 1 pillow per person and the room doesn't have a fridge/mini bar. Communal areas are very nice. The bar doesn't serve AF beer which was a let down. Average.

Too hot

Room was very clean but too hot. I asked the desk to cool the room but unsuccessful. Room thermostat was at the minimum and the cooling fans were on maximum but the room would not cool down.
