Enjoy everything Brentwood has to offer! Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to do nearby. Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to live as a local.


As a 2000 sq ft self-catering house on a private estate, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. Great access to fab local restaurants and Brentwood Station.


This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the Master suite, you will find a super king size bed.
In the next bedroom, there is two singles.
The third bedroom contains two singles.


There are 4 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- No gatherings or visitors to the property
- There are two allocated parking spaces for parking.
No deliveries to the property as there is no where for them to park or turn.
The pool is lovely and is open may-september. It is communal shared with 3 other families (unheated)
There is no hot tub.
There is miles of footpaths directly from the house taking your straight to Thorndon park.
Please turn the lights off overnight and when you are not in. We really appreciate your help keeping our costs down and saving the planet :-)
