Welcome to our apartment located in the hypercenter and completely renovated with taste.
It is fully equipped to guarantee you a pleasant stay, whether for leisure or for professional reasons. From the fully equipped kitchen, to the bright living room thanks to the bow window, as well as the top-of-the-range bedding, the office area and the spacious shower: this accommodation has everything to seduce you!

The entrance:
Suspended toilet with its washbasin.
Large cupboard including a washing machine as well as all the necessary equipment for the maintenance of the laundry during your stay (dryer, iron, wardrobe...). You can also store your belongings during your stay.
Baby equipment: high chair and cot (sheet not provided)

The kitchen:
Fully equipped, its "island" allows you to cook in a convivial way. Includes: Fridge and freezer, oven and microwave, hob, dishwasher, SMEG toaster and kettle, DOLCE GGUSTO coffee machine. Enough crockery for several meals, as well as wine glasses. Raclette machine available.

Ideal for a business stay, the accommodations are equipped with an office space and fibre optics.

Separated from the dining room by a glass roof, it is very bright and cocooning. Sofa bed by MAISON DU MONDE, new, mattress 140x200cm for regular sleeping.
Roller shutters on each window and French window as well as blackout curtains on the glass roof side to create a 2nd sleeping area if needed.
New 4K wall-mounted flat screen including: CANAL +, BeIN sport, PRIME VIDEO, Eurosport ... (i.e. all the sports packages), as well as all the international channels.
Several plaids available.
Access to the balcony is through a French window.
