The Space:

A few hundred feet off the Historic Old King’s Highway directly in the middle of Brewster sits this charming and cozy 3 bedroom home. The perfect location for your next escape to Cape Cod awaits, whether enjoying your morning coffee in front of the historic Brewster General Store (450 feet away), sunbathing on beautiful Breakwater Beach (.6 of a mile away) or taking a stroll to one of the several bars or restaurants within close walking distance (less than a mile away). Upon entering the home you will be greeted by gorgeous wood floors and built-ins in the living room and dining room area, the perfect place to relax and enjoy a leisurely meal--whether created in the adjacent kitchen or ordered to go from one of the many available food options nearby. Also on the ground floor is one of the two full baths and a four season side bedroom with a full size bed. The perfect place to get some rest after a long day at the beach!

At the top of the stairs is a cozy desk perfect in case you need to mix in some work with your vacation relaxation. At the top of the landing is also access to a bedroom with one queen bed, another with one full bed and one twin bed as well as a third hideaway with a cozy twin bed best suited for children.

Outside you will find a comfortable backyard perfect for lawn games, grilling on the propane grill, dining around the picnic table or enjoying an evening cocktail around the fire pit in an Adirondack chair. In case (or when) the mood for something sweet strikes you the Brewster Scoop is only 500 feet away so you’ll be home before the ice cream melts!

Brewster is an amazing vacation destination because it truly offers the opportunity to create your own adventure. Spend your day playing a round of Golf at nearby Captains Golf Course, soak up the sun and go for a swim at one of Brewster’s many Cape Cod Bay beaches or several ponds, go shopping along Route 6A or go exploring in nature at Nickerson State Park. Whichever direction you choose, you will be happy to have picked Brewster Bliss as your base of vacation operations!

This house was in a great location. We could visit most of the Cape very easily. The house was very clean and stocked well with towels and kitchen supplies. I would recommend staying Here our family of six was very comfortable. The fire pit is a bonus!

A Brewster Beauty

We stayed here for a first time family vacation to Cape Cod. It’s in a great spot where we enjoyed browsing the general store and walking to ice cream every night. Located near the highway, it was easy to get everywhere via our rental car. The owners were very pleasant and easy to communicate with. The house itself was charming and easily fit all 7 adults in our family. We loved having the fire pit to roast marshmallows. We would most DEFINITELY come back again!

Quaint & Tidy (inside) house in the heart of Brewster

House was lovely inside (especially if you like older homes like we do). The landscaping is in need of work (it’s overgrown) and the listing noted availability of a washer which was not true. This is only reason for a 4 rating instead of 5. We liked the location and it was a great base to cycle to the CCRT & beaches.

Tough to stay for seven people to stay a whole week without a washer or dryer combo. Great location! Downstairs bed not very comfortable. Having a fireplace was nice. Wish there was an outdoor shower.

Great place for our short but sweet family get together to celebrate my brother’s 50th birthday! Clean, cozy, quiet…wish we could have stayed longer! There were 5 adults and we had plenty of room. The weather cooperated and we enjoyed the fire pit both nights.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean and well-equipped. We cooked and grilled quite a bit and had everything we needed. We loved that it was a 3 minute walk to the ice cream shop and only a 15-minute walk to Breakwater Beach. We had two families ranging. in age from 7-51, and we were all happy! We were there during a very hot week and the window AC units in the bedrooms were really needed. When we noticed one of the chairs by the outdoor fire pit was splintered/broken, someone from the management company came to replace it very quickly. The only thing that we were missing was an outdoor shower when we returned from the beach so that we didn't have to be concerned about kids tracking in sand. Bring your own beach chairs & umbrellas!
