The "Relais de la Guisane" residence is ideally located, just 50m from the Prorel gondola lift and 200m from the center of Briançon (pedestrian bridge in front of the residence).
This mountain rental is on the 3rd floor of the residence (elevator available in Entrance A).
It includes a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet, a living room with a double sofa bed, a television and a side table with a speaker and an induction changer, a well-equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, and toaster, and an alcove with bunk beds and access to the west-facing balcony with views of the river and the gondola lift!

emplacement très bien

l'appartement est très bien situé et les modalités pour récupérer les clés sont très bien, l'équipe Foncia a été au top. Faire l'état des lieux avec le QR code est très facile. Gros bémol pour nous, c'est la propreté. l odeur que nous avions attribué à la raclette des voisins est peut être du à l'évacuation de l'appartement. Elle est écœurante à la longue, nous avons acheté des bombes désodorisantes pour changer .L'aspirateur était d'une saleté sans nom reste de cheveux et de poils d'animaux, le matelas avait de la poussière noire dessus, une bouteille de 1.5l de pepsi vide en plastique a été découverte sous le clic clac de la pièce à vivre, la bouilloire était rempli de tartre, la machine à laver la vaisselle avait plein de tartre. Sinon la salle de bain et les toilettes étaient convenables. J'ai vu que des précédents avis avaient déjà signalé un état sale, mais je ne l'avais pas lu. A part cela l'appartement est très bien équipé, et très bien situé, il est central pour Briançon à pied et on peut garer la voiture pas loin. C'est dommage son état. D'autant que l'on a reçu plus de 6 messages pour rappeler que nous devions laisser l'appartement propre, du coup, je ne comprends pas...
