7 min walk from the ski lifts of the Serre Chevalier station and the casino, less than 2 min from the best bakery and the best ice cream parlor, close to shops and restaurants (supermarkets, butchers, newspapers, etc.) and 10 min from the station; at the foot of the great passes (Izoard, Galibier) and near the Parc des Ecrins. This very well-equipped 65 m2 chalet-style apartment overlooking the slopes has just been completely renovated.
A large living room (33m2) with a dining area, a lounge area with a 2 seater sofa bed, a large bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a bathroom with a double sink unit and a large Italian shower.

Comfortable, Great Location,
This is a lovely apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We skied most days. It is about 10 minutes walk to the lifts. We left our skis and boots in one of the ski shops need the lifts, but there is a ski cupboard with a heater in the property. If you are not skiing it is easy to walk up to the old town, which fantastic views, shops & restaurants. Olivier gave us all the details we needed to access the property easily and additional information on where to ship and done out. We are happy to recommend this property

Fantastic accommodation
Fabulous apartment with everything you need. Lots of extras 2 coffee machines, tea, cleaning products. Olivier was not there to let us in as he was working,, but his lovely mum Marisa was. She made us very welcome. Nice restaurant's nearby. Skiing was good. Would definitely go back. 10/10.

Great for family hiking trip
Great location near the centre of the new town but only a short walk to explore the old town. Flat is lovely newly refurbished, with everything you need. Easy to drive around the valley to the various lifts etc. Highly recommend the summer luge in Montgenèvre

A great apartment right in the middle of town.
A cozy apartment in the middle of Briançon. The kitchen has everything one needs to prepare meals. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There is a garage for skis, or in our case, bicycles. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Very nice apartment with a well equipped modern kitchen and bathroom.The ground floor accommodation is on a quite street in the town centre with access to restaurants and shops just a short walk.The ski hire shops and lifts are about 5 to 7 min walk away with no steep hills to climb.Olivier is a great host and is on hand with help and advice if needed as he lives just above the apartment.Great week skiing would certainly come back again.

Superb apartment
As a family of five we had a lovely stay in Briancon. The apartment exceeded our expectations. The spaciousness and comfort of the apartment was worth not being slopeside for, saying that it is only a very short walk to the cable car in Briancon or a 10 minute drive to Chantemerle cable car anyway. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you needed for self catering. The bedrooms and sofa bed were all very comfortable with linen and towels provided. The open plan living area was great for evenings after a day out skiing. Shops, bakers, butchers, bars and restaurants are all within a few minutes walk. You can walk up into the old town of Briancon in 15 minutes for stunning views and even greater choice of restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and Olivier was extremely friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable appartment
We stayed five nights at Olivier's apartment. It is very comfortable and very well equipped. The location is great, close to restaurants and bars and with garage parking across the road. I would recommend this for a stay in Briancon with easy access to ski slopes and local resorts.
