Updated, clean and beautifully newly appointed home welcomes you to this quiet and fun seaside community of Black Rock! Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom. The hall bath with a tub and shower services the other 2 bedrooms. There are MANY BONUS rooms in the lower level! A large family room with 55" TV, laundry room, full newly renovated bathroom with shower and 2 rooms with closets to be your office/exercise/yoga/extra sleeping (though not furnished) space.
