Located on a quiet association road, it’s just 2 miles from downtown Bridgton with shops, cafés, restaurants, and local attractions, and only 9 miles from Pleasant Mountain Ski Resort for skiing, night skiing, and winter events. While the property is near the lake, please note there is no direct water access; the closest public launch is Salmon Point Boat Launch, approximately 2.5 miles away.

Inside, the home features a bright, open concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen, including modern appliances, flowing into a cozy living room with a large sectional and TV. The dining area is perfect for family meals or game nights, and a quiet seating nook offers a spot to relax, read, or catch up on work. Upstairs, the master suite features a king-size bed, a sitting area with a wood stove for added warmth, and a small workspace. Two additional bedrooms offer queen beds, and the fourth bedroom is perfect for kids, with twin bunk beds, a trundle, and an extra twin bed. Two full bathrooms upstairs make getting ready easy for the whole family.

Step outside to enjoy the large deck with patio furniture, a dining area, and a saltwater hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes or relaxing in the summer sun. A fire pit adds cozy winter evenings under the stars, and a grill makes outdoor meals easy. Games, books, yard games, lifejackets, paddleboards, kayaks, fishing rods, and ice fishing gear are provided, making it easy to enjoy activities year-round.

In winter, the retreat is ideal for skiing at Pleasant Mountain, snowshoeing, ice fishing, or exploring Bridgton’s local winter events. Snowmobile right from the driveway for added adventure. In summer, enjoy swimming, kayaking, and boating on nearby lakes, including Long Lake, Brandy Pond, and Sebago Lake, or take a scenic cruise on the Songo River Queen II.

The GPS doesn`t always work for the address the best GPS to use is Waze, I will provide more details in your check in message.

This property also has an auto generator so it will turn on within a min if the power goes out. The generator powers the whole house.

Heat Trak Snow/ice melting are located in the front entrance and on the deck leading to the hot tub. They are turned on and off via the two remotes of via the outlet. There is a blue light that indicates they are on, or they will feel warm to the touch. Please don`t leave anything on the heat trak when on if they shift just simply adjust them. Do not shovel or throw sand, rock or salt on them. They will melt snow or ice up to 2 inches an hour. Also please be mindful to turn them OFF when not in use, as they consume a lot of electricity. We appreciate your efforts to be energy-conscious during your stay. There also is an Alexa that you can simply ask her to turn them on and off along with your favorite music!

Hot tub user information and safely guidelines will be provided in your check in message and will be in the folder on the counter for you to refer to during your stay.
