We would go back. I loved it. My husband was a little less enthusiastic partly because we had to haul our bags up a couple short flights of stairs and partly because he had to duck while walking around the room. The ceiling was quite low and he is 6 ft tall. :) Iâm not certain he was actually going to hit his head it was more that it felt like he might.
Amazing breakfast in a very quaint old room. If you are looking for modern this isnât it, but if you like some national heritage and a good night sleep (great beds) this is it! Wish we could have stayed longer.
Itâs about a 13 minute walk to the train station so itâs in a convenient location.
We had a room facing the lake so the view was beautiful. Itâs got a very rustic, cozy feel.
What a beautiful place in a beautiful town. We arrived during the hottest days and the office staff was so gracious they let us borrow their office fan. There was a big storm that came through that disrupted the whole town but their service didn't waver. Thank you so much for everything! We had a spectacular time!
It was difficult for us to find the accurate location, one company owned 3 places, the restaurant near the lake view, very bad old waiter,we are tourists and we did not know what kind food we would order as we asked what we wanted to eat,but they did not have, the old waiter had no patience and was pissed off.we recommend the tourists donât go there any more if you can bear this bad service.
