Das überschaubare Skigebiet/die Bergbahnen, die Sportanlagen (Badesee, Minigolfplatz, Spielplatz...) und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im wunderbaren Bergdorf Brigels mit seinen hervorragenden Restaurants sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Gratis-Ortsbus im Winter, die nächste Haltestelle ist 200 m vom Haus entfernt. Im Sommer gratis Wandershuttle-Bus von Brigels-Waltensburg-Andiast und zurück. Haustiere nicht gestattet.
