KITCHEN & DINING Everything you need is on hand to cook up a storm including extensive crockery, utensils, glassware and cookware. There is a full set of pots and an induction stovetop for efficient cooking and a dishwasher to make cleaning up a breeze. The dining area is an open plan off the kitchen and lounge, the circular dining table seats 6 easily making conversations and catchups with friends and family a breeze.
LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT The open plan living/kitchen/dining is spacious and modern overlooking the patio area into the backyard. Beautiful and stylish modern leather 3 seater and 2 seater lounge plus a large ottoman seat. A huge smart TV on the wall with a bluetooth soundbar will have your music and movie options sorted.

HEATING & COOLING A split system located in the lounge area and all 3 bedrooms keeps this townhouse cool in Summer and warm in Winter.
BATHROOMS The main bathroom is upstairs with a separate bath to soak in, shower and vanity and the toilet is separate. The main bedroom has an ensuite downstairs, plus there is a powder room in the entry hallway with toilet & hand basin.
OUTDOORS Outside is a gas BBQ and 6 seater dining table and chairs. The neat backyard offers privacy and peace with a little clothesline.
PET POLICY Summer Peaks is not a pet friendly property.
LAUNDRY The laundry is located at the back of the home with a 9kg front load washing machine and inverter dryer. The clothesline is located on the back wall.
PARKING The garage is suitable for one car with lockable storage and bike racks for your bikes. *Due to Body Corporation regulations additional vehicles are not to be parked on the common property and must be parked in the street. The property is equipped with a Tesla EV charger.
Lovely property great location. The furnishings are excellent. The couple of things that were disappointing. No bed side tables in the down stairs bedroom. The doonaâs were all way to heavy for our liking. (We have goose down at home). The information booklet had no instructions as to how to use the cooktop and where the switch to turn the cook top on is located. Which meant we had to compromise our home cooked dinner on our first night. We arrived after the agent had closed and could not ring. Had trouble with the wifi also. No instructions as to where the router was. The agent looking after the property were very prompt at helping us with these issues. Overall a nice property but a couple of extra bits of information would have made this a perfect stay.
A lovely stay and beautiful accommodation. Struggled a bit with the coffee machine until we found the instructions, a suggestion to leave a note next to the machine to advise to read the instructions otherwise a beautiful place and wonderful stay! Thank you!
