Within easy reach of the city centre and a short walk to Brighton's famous North Laines, this is a beautiful two bedroom apartment, with separate, private, entrance. It is tastefully decorated in a contemporary style, providing a peaceful, calm location for a memorable break.

A beautifully presented, luxury, extremely spacious, two bedroom flat in Brighton, with a pretty patio area for alfresco dining. It is in a peaceful location, about one and a half miles from the seafront. Free on street parking.

The accommodation comprises of, two double bedrooms, one with king size bed and single sofa bed, the other with double bed; a luxury shower room; utility room with washer/dryer; an open plan living area, with fully equipped kitchen; dining area with table and 7 chairs and a comfortable lounge area with double sofa bed; television, DVD, wifi etc. There are folding doors, which open to a pretty decked area with a BBQ, providing a wonderful inside/outside space for your use.

All linen and towels are provided. As regular travellers ourselves, we have tried to think of everything necessary to make your stay as comfortable as possible, with a very well equipped kitchen. To welcome you on your arrival you will find fresh flowers, tea and ground coffee, fresh milk and biscuits which we hope will set the tone for a relaxing break.

Preston Park Station is a 6 minute walk away with regular train services into London that take under an hour .

The South Downs and downland villages are within easy reach by car or you could take the bus.

There is a bus stop two minutes walk away with buses into Brighton centre every 10 mins. You can explore everything the region has to offer by bus, the South Downs National Park – and far beyond! From rambling and sports events to browsing local markets or enjoying picnics with amazing views, there are plenty of great days out in the region.

Nestling between the South Downs and the sea on the South Coast, Brighton Centre is only 1.5 miles and the stunning City can offer you everything, with a mix of Regency Heritage and seafront cool. A cosmopolitan mix of award winning restaurants and bars, theatres and historic buildings, Brighton is one of the most vibrant, colourful and creative cities in all of Europe.

Very good flat in Brighton

We have had a good time in Brighton, We come with our car, and park easy near the flat, thanks to the voucher of Julie; and we take easily the bus to go in the center of Brighton. We have gone to London from Preston station near the flat very easily. The flat is very well aquipped and the beds are good, very confortable. Thanks for all Julie !

This flat has made our stay a success

Julie's flat is located in a very friendly area, where it was easy to park and leave our car for 4 days. The flat itself is very comfortable, tidy, nicely decorated, bright and contains everything you may need on holiday. In the summer the outside terrace must be a great place to have breakfast. Everyone was very happy with their beds and it was so quiet that we could sleep tight ! Shopping at Sainsbury's only takes you 5 mn, so does a walk to the local and wonderful pub (The Park View Hotel). We will definitely try this flat again if we come back to Brighton, where visiting, strolling, shopping is always a pleasure. Communicating with Julie and obtaining information has been very easy.

We visit Brighton regularly as we have both friends and family in the area and thrilled to have found this 2 bed place, in a great location, big enough for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids under 5). The host communicated well and provided a fan for us last minute as our visit was on a particularly hot week. It was spotless, the kitchen had everything we needed and the outside decking/terrace was a lovely. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again on our next visit :)

Restful apartment close to Brighton and Preston Park

Very lovely, spacious apartment set on ground floor of characterful house. Convenient for getting into and around Brighton and Hove.We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor feel at the back of the property and the proximity of Preston Park for a walk or other activity.Our host Julie was very responsive and looked after us well.If you work the times, parking was pretty easy which is a big plus for Brighton.

Lovely apartment in Brighton.

We stayed at the apartment visiting family who lived nearby. Everything was great. Spacious, clean, very nice patio, very well equipped kitchen, best we've ever had in a rental unit. The only slight downside is some minor noise from the people upstairs in the morning. Highly recommended flat.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at Julie’s place. She was a great host, eg sorting out some toys for the kids. The place was as expected, a lovely compact two-bed flat with very nice furnishings etc. It’s a basement/ground floor flat so there is a bit of footfall noise from the place upstairs - no other noise but worth being aware of if that kind of thing bothers you.

Great location and accommodation!! Easy bus ride to the Town center..our host Julie was at hand at all times for the smallest of things and a pleasure to work with.. Be sure you display the permit to park overnight and mark the month and day as I did not and got ticketed!! I highly recommend this accommodation

Hidden Treasure

A beautiful, high class property tucked away in a quiet leafy road. All rooms and equipment were high quality. We especially liked the south facing sitting room and outside patio. Our host was very welcoming, on arrival the kitchen came with a few very thoughtful essentials - plus some beautiful fresh cut flowers. We will certainly stay again :-)

Lovely weekend away

We went down to Brighton for the weekend as my wife was running the marathon. We have 3 boys so getting a hotel is a pain as we have to get 2 rooms. We found this apartment on vrbo and we were delighted with it. It was clean, comfortable, well decorated and fully equipped for a family. It was within a short walk of preston park for the start of the marathon and only a short taxi ride into the town which was cheaper then a bus, or parking in the town. The communication from owners was excellent and they left out fresh flowers and provided extras such as milk biscuits which the boys enjoyed and coffee,tea was included. Overall we were really pleased with our stay and it was reasonably priced to

Wonderful Stay in Brighton

We travelled here to attend a wedding in Brighton and the apartment was comfortable and spacious and very well equipped. It was located in a great location (15 minutes from Brighton) close to transport links (although there was a steep hill to negotiate from the Train Station, which was fun with suitcases!). Julie the host was also very helpful and friendly. A perfect stay and we would happily stay again if we were in the area).

A Lovely Place to Stay in Brighton

The apartment is spacious, very well-appointed, clean and very comfortable and homely. The location is convenient for access to Brighton and public transport links but it is also in a quiet, leafy neighborhood. Julie is a warm, welcoming host.
