Great stay - excellent communication before and during stay with friendly staff. Check in was easy. Excellent location. Comfortable bed, good shower, clean throughout. Tea/coffee in room. Had all we needed for a 2 night stay exploring Brighton.

The Grand Pier guest house was pleasant enough. Staff very welcoming and the room was clean and well presented.
