Helpful staff and great with getting the side door open for us to use the ramp with the buggy. Travel cot set up in room and clean modern rooms. Surrounding area of hotel a bit rundown but the hotel itself was nice. Car alarm going off in nearby car park was noisy at night.

The toilet flush did not work properly. I could hear the TV in the next room until midnight when I assume they turned it off. Unsure whether the water bottles were complimentary or would be charged. No mini-fridge. Otherwise a good place to stay for a business trip to Brighton - cheaper than the seafront but seconds away from it.

Excellent hotel!

I stayed for one night on business. Very impressive hotel overall. It was spotless throughout and my room was faultless. The breakfast quality and selection was great. The location was ideal and there is multi story parking directly opposite to the hotel. Beware parking is pricey at £28 for 12-24 hours but that’s clearly not down to this hotel. Would stay here again without hesitation if I’m working in Brighton in the future.

Modern hotel, not so comfortable beds!

The staff are good and attentive, with check-in being automated if you would like. The hotel has a clean and modern look to it which gives a nice feel. On the down side, the bed was very firm indeed not really helping a good nights sleep! I travel quite a lot and so can easily compare… The room was relatively small and a little bit soulless, but certainly all mod cons. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment; it can get busy and so you have to queue to wait, and the hot food was generally fairly average. All in all a good stay, but one or two things around the edges that could be improved.
