Within 5 km of the city, not far from the freeway to get to Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast and only 1.2 km to boutique Bulimba restaurants, entertainment, parks & ferry. The house is private (not boxed in next to other houses) with only 1 neighbour. It has outdoor living spaces, aircon, comfy queen size beds, entertainer's kitchen, full size bath with bathrobes, 60" TV, Netflix, cable wifi and Grander energised water throughout. Additional filters for chlorine & fluoride-free drinking water.
