there was no anti-slip mat on the bathtub/shower, and it was very difficult for me to climb in and out of the tub. The tv was not working and we had to move to another room after we just unpacked everything and settled in for the night. The temperature gauge was also rather difficult to set the desired temperature.

Above average property I dont beleive the carpet or the bathroom were clean enough There was mosquitoes in the room. The whole apartment didnt smell fresh. There's some sort of water tank in the bathroom cabpboard, this was noisey and pumping all night. They have only 2 elevators whichs very frustrating when you consider the amount of units they cover

Air conditioning did not work AT ALL. When I asked reception they couldn't get it to work either. No compensation was offered to me because the maintenance man said it was fine. We won't be staying here again.

Room was dated and didn’t offer anything overly exceptional. 2 cockroaches were spotted in the apartment during our stay. The reception was much nicer / more modern than the apartment itself, leading to disappointment upon entering. It’s clearly an old residential apartment that is being rented out as a “hotel apartment”. This being said, the gym and pool on level 6 were a nice touch and location was great :)

Evolution Apartments are well located, but the rooms look tired due to age and no updates of equipment, and many things were not working well, e.g., remote control units, and empty amenities in the shower. They did compensate for some of the issues with free parking, which was appreciated.
