Advised the parking discount which was no accepted. had to spend a lot of time on Hotels.com correspondence when it was clearly indicated on the website a VIP member parking discount. After an extensive carry on the parking discount was accepted. The reception of the hotel accused Expedia for not advising the hotel. Overall the booking in procedure was VERY unpleasant.

This is definitely only a hotel for a 1 night business trip. While room was spacious and clean there are many things missing such as drawers and hanging space for dresses. Reception staff did not appear very knowledgeable about local amenities or roads etc when asked. Would highly recommend for business trip but not holidaymakers like us on a first visit to Brisbane.

Not a real four-star hotel you would normally expect. It’s in a very dead area at the top of the hill. Most stores in the area are closed for business so there’s not much to do or eat.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I asked for suggestions for restaurants in the local area and they pointed out locations close to the hotel. The room was very tidy and clean. I was very happy with my stay at Kennigo Hotel. Would highly recommend to others looking for a quality hotel with friendly service.
