In a great location
The location is great, and fenced off nicely which us great when you have kids. But the cleanliness is average in the bathroom and kitchen and could definitely do with a facelift. Quite old fashioned.

Clean and comfortable unit. Great location.
Clean and comfortable unit. Great location. Keys need to be collected from the estate agent during business hours unless you make alternative arrangement. If you are coming from interstate it is also handy to know that only enough provisions for first day are provided (toilet paper, bin liner, dishwasher powder). Check in is after 3pm, check out is by 9am.

Great stay
The property is good. It’s quiet and at the back of a residential enclave with nice gardens. There’s a lock up garage for your car. The unit has all the appliances you need including a washing machine & dryer and dishwasher (I didn’t use them). The main bedroom is spacious with a comfortable bed, and lots of hanging space but no shelves to put clothes on. It looked like only a superficial clean had been done since the tenants before me as there was a bit of rubbish under the bed and the floors needed sweeping. Overall, a good place to stay. It’s a very hot unit (I was there in January) but the living room air conditioning works well.
