You stay at a Novotel knowing what you will get. Being close to the airport makes is very convenient for sure. Breakfast was OK. Not a whole lot other than the usual sliced bread with eggs. THERE IS NOT FREE SHUTTLE TO THE AIRPORT. There’s a 8$ fee per person. Uber costed me about 11$

Room was clean, comfortable bed, old bedside lights worked on one side not the other, needs to be updated. Staff were very pleasant, had problems with paying cash at restaurant, complained when change was short, was reimbursed, not very professional.

The lady at reception i beleive she was the duty manager was amazing. I walked in limping as my knee recently replaced was playing up and she asked if i wanted to be transferred to a more mobility friendly room. Excellent customer service.
